This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Bohannan Holdings, LLC (“Bohannan Holdings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Ace SMS program. Ace is a two-way business operations assistant used for operational coordination, scheduling, status updates, and customer-care style replies with Brandon Bohannan and opted-in contacts (coworkers, vendors, and partners). Ace is not a bulk marketing or promotional blast program.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Ace, you agree to the practices described in this policy and our SMS Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with Ace by SMS, we may collect:

  • Mobile phone number you use to text Ace or that you provide when opting in
  • Message content you send to or receive from Ace
  • Opt-in / opt-out status and related consent records (e.g., START, HELLO, STOP, HELP)
  • Message metadata needed to operate the service (timestamps, delivery status where available, and similar technical logs)
  • Contact and identity information you voluntarily provide in conversation

We do not require you to provide sensitive personal information to use Ace SMS. Please do not text passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive data.

2. How We Use SMS Information

We use mobile and SMS-related information solely to:

  • Operate the Ace two-way SMS assistant for business operations
  • Coordinate scheduling, status updates, and operational follow-ups
  • Provide customer-care style replies related to Bohannan Holdings business activity
  • Respond to HELP requests and process STOP / opt-out requests
  • Maintain records of consent and compliance with applicable messaging rules
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and improve reliability of the service

Message frequency varies. When you are in an active conversation, you typically receive fewer than a few messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Mobile Information Sharing — CTIA Commitment

We will not share or sell your mobile information (including your phone number or SMS opt-in data) with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share SMS-related information only as needed to:

  • Service providers that help us operate Ace (for example, our SMS platform provider such as Twilio), solely to deliver, receive, log, and support messages on our behalf
  • Legal / safety compliance when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to continued confidentiality and this policy’s restrictions on marketing use

These providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Consent and Opt-In

Ace SMS is opt-in only. You may opt in by texting START or HELLO to +1 (817) 518-2066, or by another clear affirmative method we make available (for example, a web form without any pre-checked consent boxes). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Bohannan Holdings.

5. Opt-Out / STOP

You can cancel SMS messages from Ace at any time. Text STOP to +1 (817) 518-2066. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive Ace SMS messages unless you opt in again. For help, text HELP or email brandon@bohannanholdings.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain SMS content, phone numbers, and consent/opt-out records for as long as needed to operate Ace, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal and carrier compliance obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices, subject to legal holds.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect mobile and SMS-related information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Ace SMS is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect SMS information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a minor has provided information to Ace, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to withdraw consent. To exercise a request related to Ace SMS data, email brandon@bohannanholdings.com or text HELP to Ace. You may always opt out of SMS by texting STOP.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Ace may reference Bohannan Holdings websites or tools. Those properties may have their own privacy practices. This SMS Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Ace SMS program and mobile information collected through it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Ace SMS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
